Getting Unstuck Specialist

Each life experience concludes with an outcome that holds a varying meaning and purpose.

Trauma and grief can be some of the most complicated life experiences an individual could go through. Since grief and trauma can take on many forms, it can be difficult to process no matter when it occurred. These experiences can lead to a long list of feelings such as pain, frustration, vulnerability, shame and loneliness. While grieving does not get easier with time, time allows for the adjustment of your new normal. No one should have to go through these life processes alone.

Together, I will stand by you to comfort you in finding hope in healing and repairing the relationship you envision for yourself. It can be challenging throughout treatment discussing these realities but in return can be rewarding by discovering your strengths and resiliencies. Within my clinical foundation, I gravitate towards incorporating mindfulness and strength-based practices within treatment. Throughout my practice, I hope to instill a supportive environment that will allow you to give yourself the grace and patience you deserve. By bringing compassion and empathy into every session, I look forward to being a part of your journey.

What matters is the sincerity and perseverance of our will to overcome them.”
